     Development — representation of developers from site acquisition and pre-development

     transactions to the construction, financing and leasing or sale of their projects.

     Financing — negotiation and documentation of every conceivable type of financing product

     associated with real property acquisitions, pre- development and construction costs, interim and

     permanent loan transactions, workouts and foreclosures.

     Residential – representation of buyers and sellers in their purchases and sales of single family 

     homes, condominiums, townhomes, cooperatives and multi-family properties.  We handle all

     negotiations during the attorney review process, facilitate with lenders to insure the closing

     process is smooth for our clients, handle title insurance and survey issues, municipality

     requirements and  association requirements as well as all other matters associated with the c

     closing process.
